HOPE DURING COVID-19

Thanks to all Robes’ Supporters and Volunteers we have some more good news to celebrate! Two of our last season guests with No Recourse to Public Funds, had now been granted leave to remain and soon will be able to move from emergency to a permanent accommodation.

Both where struggling from this situation for a long period of time. When joining our shelter, they were both feeling mentally and physically exhausted. Thanks to the comprehensive support they received they were able to revert that and start feeling safe and motivated again.

Sharing their story, we also wish to inspire anyone affected by the current situation, and to remind that it does not matter how difficult the future stands there is always hope.

THANK YOU TO OUR ROBES RUN VOLUNTEERS

Thank you to Eve, Gina and Mary that have been creating care packages in their homes, and to Barnaby and Ian for driving. Each week a Robes staff member and volunteer driver have been delivering the packages to our guests and ex-guests in hotels and in temporary accommodation. We are delighted to share with you our latest update:
